"I have had my band for just under 2 months now. I wanted to give it a good period of time before I gave any feedback. I have suffered with RSi on my right wrist for about year and for the majority of time it has been heavily strapped up and supported. I saw these bands advertised and thought why not give it a go. Cutting a long story short - I have just ordered a second XS band (because my wrists are tiny and the Small is big on me) my wrist has improved and I am no longer having to strap it up and the pain has greatly reduced. ;0) Definataly worth the money!"

"Wanted to drop you a line after using my ionic bracelet for four weeks now. To be honest did not hold out much hope that I would have results as others had. I realised after four weeks that a change had happened. I am much calmer in myself and now do not moan at my husband's driving which made him crazy as well as myself in the process. Just so anxious. Not had a full nights sleep in 12 years due to stress etc and although I still have to pass water anything up to 1 - 3 times a night have found that the sleep between is so much deeper. Actually have dreams I remember which was a revelation. Best of all is having suffered from IBS for about 10 years and have food sensitivities have not in the four weeks since using my ionic bracelet had one single flare up. Just having one of my bouts was so draining and painful. I feel that over time I may benefit in other ways and fingers crossed I can finally get a full nights sleep but think this will take time. I want to thank you for just being there and am now going to take a look for a bracelet for my husband as I think it well help in his overall health."

"Thought I'd update you... I have had a problem with my pelvis since having my daughter almost 2.5 years ago, I have been in a great deal of pain discomfort when sitting or lying down for all of this time and have been referred for physio. When I get out of the car, even after a short journey I hobble around and struggle to get myself moving. I've been wearing the band since Wednesday 30th Nov (9 days) - I have felt massive benefits since the weekend after starting to wear it! So 3 days after wearing I have not hobbled out of the car, I have lay in bed comfortably and feel amazing!! I even managed a 4 hour car journey on Tuesday with no stops and I sprung out of the car and walked comfortably !! I struggled with only a 30 journey before!! How has this worked?!?! I can't get my head around the difference! Anyway, thrilled with the results and can whole heartedly recommend! Thanks Team Ionic! :0)"

"Pleased to say I have noticed that the pain in my hip & toe (arthritis)..is unnoticeable...toothache?...new filling recently caused me terrible discomfort?...gone....not as sluggish & back at the gym...have been experiencing awful electric shocks through my head & body for a very long time...GP tells me stress....haven't noticed any bouts of this at all in over a week now..noticed also..when 'uptight'?...this passes much easier than before...sleep pattern?...unsure...maybe that will come good with time..... have had NO painkillers for any of these ailments so all good so far."

"I told you I would keep you updated on my progress I've had my band for just over a week now and although initially I felt really rough i was reassured by yourselves this was normal so I continued to wear it. I suffer with ME/CFS so was looking for something to help with my fatigue and pains I have tried loads of things in the past and nothing has worked so I read about Ionic Balance and decided to try it. So after a week how do I feel? Well what can I say I seem to have a little more energy and seem to be sleeping better with a less interrupted sleep pattern. Hell this morning I even woke up feeling like I had had a refreshing nights sleep (the first one in over 5 years!) My muscles don't seem to hurt as much! Is this a coincidence?! "Good morning guys guess what...... had it on for 21hours now and its already made a huge difference! Its just after nine and I got up at 8 after a full 8 hour sleep (with maybe waking twice in night new low record) This is the first time I ever got up without 10 alarms to wake me out of my sluggish morning sleep that can last till about 1-2pm on bad days and the best part I have been up had breakfast minus the coffee... I didnt need it I feel amazing for first time in well a very long time!! Results are getting better Ihave concentration and in one morning I have had more work done than I have all week. Still feel amazing. Wee bit tired but considering how much results I have had so far I won't argue with that one. Have already got a lot of friends interested in ordering them now have sent your website to at least 6 people now and all of them are amazed and want one. :) Cos they know how ill I get but to have this result already and to feel this good I have to praise you guys big time!! "Just an update on my band, the results for me were pretty much instant. I'm a good sleeper but since wearing the band my sleep has gone to a new level, I drift off very easily and wake feeling great. The biggest result which is quite amazing is on the Mortons Neuromas in my feet, prior to wearing the band, the pain had become unmanagable ( I don't use any pain relief normally) and now a few days in the pain that was 24/7 has subsided to just a discomfort. Thats is a result!!!! and of course it goes without saying about all the unseen benefits its doing to my body! I'm recommending them daily. Also, can I just say how fab your customer care is, you are always prompt and very helpful. (Thats the grovelling bit done with) Thanks guys x"

"Well it's been about 10 days I think I've had this on - thought I'd pass on an update. The bad news is that my sleeping still hasn't settled. I'm still quite restless but it's not as bad as it was when I first wore it so I'll persevere. On the up side, I'm always in a good mood and hardly irritable now (even my flatmate is surprised at the lack of morning monster lately) and even though my sleep is restless, ordinarily I'd walk around like a zombie but i'm not that tired without my 7.5 hours of solid sleep which is definitely great. And, I don't know if this is the band or not but I seem to be getting a lot more attention from guys - maybe it's more that I'm happier and more energised as opposed to them being attracted to the negative ions... but who knows?! ;-) LOL! Fully recommended! :) x"

"I have to admit, despite being a bit sceptical, I do actually feel better. I have been able to gently up my weights in the gym past my last limit, and i didn't feel anywhere near so achy afterwards. I also think I have been sleeping well. But, the thing I have noticed is when I wake up. I wake up and am wide wake, and want to get up. So yes quality of sleep is better. I feel less stressed out too. Having a family and working is hard to balance and it feels just that bit easier, so good job, and i will be ordering more for my grown up daughter and husband, both in stressful positions at the moment. xx"

I won my band via a twitter comp that I entered out of pure curiosity, I'd seen a few people here and there sporting them and didn't really understand what they were for. After wearing the band for a few days there was a sharp increase in how much better I slept, I've had sleeping problems (mainly insomnia) for over a decade now so anything that helps me sleep better, and naturally, is wonderful! "I would just like to thank you guys for a wicked product! I unlucky enough to break my ankle 6 months ago during pre-season training for Highland Rugby Club 1st IV. My ankle was in cast for 6 weeks. I was taking dihydrocodeine for 4 weeks to help with the severe pain. During a checkup 2 months ago they found a cyst in the heel part of my ankle. They had to re-break my ankle last week in order to remove the cyst which happened to be the size of a ping pong ball! "I have been involved with numerous sporting activities all my life. As a former Scottish heavy weight boxing champion and life long fitness enthusiast I'm always looking to find methods which will enhance and hasten my recovery. I recently completed a half marathon, the first since 1997. As a result of circumstances beyond my control I did not run for the final 2 weeks leading up to event day. I had heard a lot of positive feedback about the Ionic Balance wrist band so took an interest.
